AI Training

Building capability that works in daily delivery.

AI is changing how organisations work – in software development, in public administration, in decision-making. My training programmes give your team the knowledge it needs to use AI deliberately: practical, without unnecessary theory overhead, immediately applicable. Half-day, remote or on-site.

Four programmes – for different audiences and contexts

AI in the SDLC (Software Development Lifecycle)

Development teams, tech leads, CTOs

AI is changing every step of the software development process – from requirements analysis and coding to testing and deployment. This training shows where AI tools create genuine value, where they introduce risk, and how teams can adapt their workflow deliberately without losing quality or control.

  • AI-assisted requirements analysis and documentation
  • Code generation and review with AI: potential and limits
  • Automated testing and error analysis
  • AI in CI/CD pipelines: where integration makes sense
  • Prompt engineering for developers – structured and reproducible
  • Quality assurance: when to trust AI output, when not to
  • Security and licence risks in AI-generated code

Half-day (approx. 4h) | Remote or on-site | Groups up to approx. 8 people

Your team knows concrete tools and use cases, has developed a critical perspective on AI output, and understands how AI assistance can be integrated into their own workflow – without creating dependency.

AI in Frontend Development

Frontend developers, UI/UX-adjacent engineers, tech leads with frontend focus

Frontend development benefits particularly strongly from AI assistance – generating components, iterating layouts, checking accessibility, developing animations. This training is specifically tailored to the frontend context: with concrete tools, real examples and a critical look at where AI reaches its limits in UI work.

  • AI tools in the frontend workflow: overview and comparison
  • Component development with AI assistance (React, Vue, Angular)
  • Tailwind & design token generation with AI
  • Accessibility checks and WCAG compliance with AI assistance
  • AI for animations, micro-interactions and CSS optimisation
  • Accelerating Storybook documentation
  • Quality assurance: code review and visual regression

Half-day (approx. 4h) | Remote or on-site | Groups up to approx. 8 people

Your frontend team can use AI tools deliberately and confidently – for faster iteration, better documentation and more consistent results, without losing control over code quality and design integrity.

Introduction to AI (for public sector organisations)

Executives, department heads and decision-makers in municipalities, authorities and public institutions

This training is not a technology briefing – it is an orientation guide. What can AI actually deliver? Where are the limits? What do public sector organisations need to consider when deploying AI – legally, organisationally, in terms of data protection? After this training, decision-makers can assess AI initiatives on a sound basis, ask the right questions, and manage projects responsibly.

  • What AI is – and what it is not: core concepts without jargon
  • Concrete use cases in the public sector: what is realistic today
  • Data protection & GDPR: what public sector organisations need to know
  • Procurement & contracting: what to look out for in AI projects
  • Identifying risks: bias, opacity, and dependencies
  • How to evaluate AI offerings and service providers credibly
  • First steps: what a responsible AI entry looks like

Half-day (approx. 4h) | Remote or on-site | Groups up to approx. 10 people

Your executives can assess AI projects and proposals competently, structure internal discussions, and make decisions on a sound basis – without falling for buzzwords.

AI Compliance Workshop

Compliance officers, data protection officers, IT leads, legal teams

The EU AI Act is in force – and many organisations do not yet know which of their AI systems are affected or what specifically needs to happen. This compact 2-hour workshop equips compliance and data protection professionals with the tools to assess AI initiatives for legal compliance, build internal governance structures and fulfil documentation obligations.

  • EU AI Act: risk categories, prohibitions and implementation timeline
  • GDPR and AI: what applies when AI processes personal data
  • High-risk systems: requirements for transparency, oversight and documentation
  • Internal governance: roles, responsibilities and escalation paths
  • Technical and organisational measures (TOMs) for AI systems
  • Auditability and reporting obligations to supervisory authorities
  • Practical check: which AI systems in your organisation are affected?

2 hours | Remote or on-site | Groups up to approx. 5 people

Your compliance and data protection professionals understand the relevant requirements from the EU AI Act and GDPR, can classify AI systems internally by risk category, and know which documentation and governance measures need to be implemented immediately.

Format & delivery

The half-day programmes (SDLC, Frontend, Introduction to AI) run for approximately 4 hours each, with breaks and sufficient time for questions and discussion. The AI Compliance Workshop is deliberately shorter: 2 hours, focused and without overhead. I run training both remotely and on-site at the client's location. The format is agreed together based on what works best for your situation and participants.

Group sizes are deliberately kept small: training works when real questions can be asked and concrete situations discussed – not when 40 people follow a frontal presentation.

On request, training content can be adapted to your specific situation, your systems or your industry.

Many of my training participants are at the beginning of an AI initiative. The training provides orientation – what comes next is your decision. If the knowledge gained leads to a concrete project, I can also accompany the implementation.
